VERSUS is a bi-monthly live music night, where bands and musicians perform on the same stage at the same time, dueling track for track and mixing it up together, making each Versus a uniquely special one-time event.
Versus returns May 27th with Dupec, Miaoux Miaoux and The Japanese War Effort. Scotland's most hotly-tipped and innovative bands meet head to head and loop for loop. Maths meets toy pianos and tweaked beats, shimmering glitchy synths meet full-on guitar propulsion. A seismic eruption of collaborative sonics to rival Iceland's Eyjafjallajökull, the creative aftershocks of this one will be felt long after the amps, casios and delay pedals cool off. With Yusuf Azak and Iliop performing as Special Guests, this one will simply blow you away.
Versus takes place at The Voodoo Rooms, Edinburgh. Doors are 8 and its a fiver in.
